If your retro-inspired outfit isn't a perfect fit, our straightforward return process ensures you can shop with total confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hell Bunny tags and labels are still attached and the garments are unworn.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
