How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Since our vintage-inspired styles can vary in fit, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips to compare against our specific garment measurements.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Domestic UK shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, while international delivery usually arrives within 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or opened hosiery.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Many of our signature prints are limited edition. However, we do frequently restock core collection items and popular styles. You can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on the product page.
Will I have to pay international customs fees?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
